How does your Trust's management of assets compare?

Whilst the vast majority of Trusts recognise that their current systems and processes for managing assets, there is no way for a Trust to benchmark their management of assets against other Trusts and against best practise. This can make it difficult to highlight the issues and persuade senior management of the need for investment in this area.

In conjunction with a number of Acute Trusts, Leaseguard is developing an Asset Management Benchmarking tool. Based on a self-assessment questionnaire, the tool will enable Trusts to benchmark their management of assets:
  • department by department
  • against Best Practise
  • against other Acute Trusts
