Peter Mullin
Founder and CEO of Leaseguard, Peter has overseen the company's transformation. More than 20 years ago Leaseguard started life as leasing consultants. Today, with nearly 50 staff and growing fast, we help more than 50 NHS Trusts generate savings in a whole variety of ways. A keen and (very) competitive sportsman, Peter has recently cycled 400km across Kenya for charity.

Jon Wickens
A director of the company, Jon is responsible for managing a team of 23 professionals in our Maintenance Lifecycle division. His team comprises Project Managers, Tender Coordinators, Contract Coordinators and Account Managers. We asked Jon about hobbies but, having grown his team from 3 to 23 in just under 4 years and recently having married and had a second child, Jon has his hands full!

Stuart Jefcoate
Stuart is our Commercial Director. Those who know him will already be aware of his legendary tenacity and sharp wit. What they may not know is that he spends his weekends racing round a track in his beloved classic 911. We suspect he would race during the week too if he could, but it normally takes a whole week to fix the car.

Erin Elsmore Wickens
As our Director of Finance, HR and Administration no two days are the same for Erin. Never far from her HP12C or the employee handbook, Erin is kept busy juggling lots of balls. Life at home is no different with an active 2 year old toddler and a new baby. When Erin does find a spare moment she can be seen running through the village, Erin assures us it is simply exercise and she is not planning her escape.

Simon Hooper
Our IT Director, Simon and his team of 5 are responsible for developing and supporting our OPTIMiSe systems, used both to support our clients and to manage our entire business. No pressure there then, Simon! Having spent some of his early career working in Japan, Simon is an avowed Japanophile. Thankfully, however, we are yet to see his kimono.

Andy Armstrong
Andy has recently joined us as a Contract Coordinator in our Maintenance Lifecycle team, and his job is to ensure that he gets the best deals for his Trusts on their maintenance contracts. At home, Andy is kept busy renovating his flat, which he bought due to his dislike of gardening - let's just hope his choice of colour for the walls isn't the same as the colour of his car!

Steph Barton
Steph is a Contracts Administrator in our Maintenance Team, providing the Contract Coordinators with all the support they need. Being highly organised and bringing a wealth of customer service Steph is highly effective in the role. When Steph’s not at work she loves nothing more than spending the weekend with her daughter, partner and step-daughter, especially when this can be combined with baking cakes and other goodies.

Lucy Bayford
Lucy is an Account Manager for the Maintenance Lifecycle team. Spending most of her time onsite with customers, her job is to ensure that they get the very best from our service. At home, she is kept busy by Nicole, 6, Will, 14, Jemma, 24 and Andrew, the other half. Boating is their passion and you'll find them 'Fairline' spotting on both the Thames and the Solent on a regular basis.

Sara Bowen
Sara is a member of our Leasing team where she is responsible for managing tenders on behalf of our NHS clients. Sara grew up in Australia where she started her career working for the Australian government. When she's not at work, Sara's a keen photographer which she combines with her other favourite pass times wherever possible, music and socialising.

Sam Brewer
Having recently joined our Maintenance team as a Contracts Administrator, Sam's job is to provide vital support to our Contract Coordinators; having previously worked as an administrator for an international weather forecasting department, Sam has all the experience needed. At weekends, Sam can usually be found out running or on the rugby pitch, playing for his local team.

Sharon Brown
As a Contract Coordinator in our Maintenance team, Sharon is responsible for renewing her Trusts' contract on time, at the best possible price. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time with her 16 year son, is a Gymnastics Coach and currently in training for a 'Veterans' gymnastics competition! When Sharon does sit down, she likes watching one of her favourite films, of which there are too many to mention.

Nicole Burns
Nicole has had a varied life at Leaseguard. Originally responsible for our accounts function, she now works in the Leasing team where she is responsible for managing lease tenders and lease portfolio for our 50 retained leasing clients. All sweetness and light during the working week, at weekends she metamorphoses into a feared rugby player. No, we couldn't believe it either.

Lucy Butler
Lucy is responsible for managing contract renewals for our NHS Trust clients. Lucy is in the throes of organising her wedding, which is going to take some time as her fiancées family is on the large side. When she does have spare time she likes nothing more than spending time with her twogorgeous nephews and beautiful niece.

Anne Carter
Anne is our mother hen. Every office needs one, but we reckon ours is better than most. When not charming our clients on the telephone or managing lease tenders, Anne keeps us in order - and pens - and post-it notes. When not working, Anne will be found in the kitchen cooking something scrumptious. Anne is a self-confessed foodie and is also quite partial to a glass (or two) of vino.

Angela Currell
Angela is a Contracts Coordinator in the Maintenance Lifecycle team and is responsible for negotiating maintenance contract renewals for our NHS Trust Clients. Having recently relocated from Coventry, she enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family & friends and should time permit she can be found with her head in a book, although with a curious toddler to keep out of mischief, this isn't very often.

Billy Dainton
As one of our Local Tender Coordinators in the Maintenance Team, Billy is responsible for managing the below OJEU tenders on behalf of our NHS clients. Outside of work, football is Billy's passion and you'll find him on the pitch every weekend, getting as much practice as possible for his annual footballing trip to Los Angeles. Billy is also a personal fitness trainer and a few of us are hoping he might teach us a thing or two!

Debbie Edwards
One of three Account Managers in the Maintenance Lifecycle team, Debbie's job is to ensure that our customers get the very best from our service. And having been promoted from Tender Coordinator, Debbie understands the business inside out. Debbie is something of a car enthusiast with two soft top sports cars to her name. As a result Debbie is praying even harder than the rest of us for a good summer.

Lee Edwards
Lee is responsible for managing contract renewals for our NHS Trust clients. Although Lee works in an office full of females, he fits in well as he enjoys shopping. He is a fan of Arsenal Football Club, but due to the extortionate price of a season ticket he mainly has to watch them on the telly. When Lee's not watching Arsenal, he can be found at the gym, at least 3 times a week.

Jackie Folliard
Working with Rob New in our Maintenance Lifecycle team, Jackie is one of our project managers. She assimilates contract data from our clients, enters it into the systems, creates workstreams for each of the other team members and ensures that the work is done on time, every time. In her spare time, Jackie specialises in making people look beautiful with her part time beauty business.

Louise Fraser
Louise is the Maintenance Contracts Team Leader and she has a busy life here at Leaseguard. Our Contract Administrators report to her, she provides support to the rest of the team and all whilst effectively and efficiently managing the contract renewals for her own Trusts. Apart from her children Louise loves nothing more than shopping for shoes and a glass of wine or two... if the two can be combined she's in heaven!

Russell Fujak
Russell has recently joined our IT team as a Web Developer, so his role is vital to the development of our online systems. Previously Russell worked for a company developing online HR solutions. When not staring into his computer screen, Russell can be found out on the football pitch or embracing new music at gigs and festivals.

Laura Hancock
Laura is a member of our Leasing team, assisting with the management of our NHS clients' lease portfolios. Outside of work, Laura's more energentic than most. She enjoys keeping fit, camping, concerts and going to the cinema, but her main passion is music. With a music degree from Liverpool University, Laura's now involved with a number of local bands.

Danielle Harrison
Danielle is one of our Account Managers in the Leasing Team; the first point of contact for our Trusts and responsible for ensuring that they receive the very best in quality and service. In her spare time Danielle has many interests including supporting London Irish rugby team, reading, cooking, going to the theatre or gigs and travelling whenever she can (the next trip booked is Las Vegas!).

Lizzie Hooper
As a Project Manager wtihin our Maintenance Lifecycle team, one of Lizzie's strengths is with regards to keeping projects within her control on track, despite some very stretching timescales.  Let's just say that if you are on her critical path, it will be in your best interests to do as she asks.  Outside of the Maintenance team, Lizzie's main hobby on one hand is retail therapy; in the other is a glass of wine, relaxing with friends. 

Gareth Hudson
As a Contracts Administrator in our Maintenance team, Gareth provides vital support to the Contract Coordinators such as drafting proposals and obtaining quotes for the renewal of our Trusts’ contracts. Outside of work there’s no knowing where Gareth might be, from mountain biking extremely quickly down hills to kayaking in very fast running water. And that’s not even to mention his favourite sport, rugby, which he coaches and plays every week at a local club.

Philippa Hutchinson
Philippa is our Portfolio Administrator and assists our customers by reviewing each lease as it nears the end of its life and finding the optimum solution for extensions, terminations or buy outs to reduce costs. A mother of four, Philippa spends much of her time ferrying her boys to football and her daughter Abby to Irish dancing lessons. And with Abby now competing at national level, the taxi distances just got a whole lot longer.

Kelly Janes
Kelly provides vital administrative support to the Maintenance Lifecycle Account Managers and Implementation Team. When Kelly's not at work, she likes to spend most of her time relaxing with friends, enjoying nothing more than watching films, from black and white movies to Japanese animations. It's not all relaxation for Kelly though, the eldest of 5 siblings, she is currently teaching her 8 year old sister to play guitar.

Nicola Johnston
As a Contract Coordinator, Nicola is responsible for negotiating and managing maintenance contract renewals for our NHS Trust clients. Having already learned to drive cattle in Australia, Nicola has finally learned to drive a car and has recently passed her test.  She is now the proud owner of a racing green MGB.

Lekka Light
Lekka manages our Tender and Contract Coordinators and is responsible for a team of 15. When she is not helping our clients, Lekka takes full advantage of our location in deepest Oxfordshire and, whenever she gets the chance, loves nothing more than cycling, walking or riding horses.

Niki Moores
Niki is responsible for managing the company's accounts. In addition, she is also learning the ropes in the Leasing team where she will be supporting our leasing clients temporarily to cover a sudden spate of pregnancies (it's the Oxfordshire air!). With three children, two of whom are boys, and a sports mad husband, Niki describes herself as a 'football casualty and taxi service'.

Rob New
Rob is an experienced Project Manager, responsible for running numerous projects for our Maintenance Lifecycle customers. Never happier than when immersed in a spreadsheet or a Gantt chart, Rob is the very definition of 'organised'. Having just bought a house as a major restoration project, Rob is positively relishing the detail required to manage the project. The builders won't know what's hit them!

Emma Norton-Smith
As one of our Tender Coordinators, Emma is responsible for managing tenders on behalf of our NHS clients. Now the rugby season is on its way, she enjoys nothing better than being on the sideline of a rugby match with her husband and a pint of Guinness in hand!

Brad Oakley
Part of the IT support team, Brad is responsible for our IT infrastructure and if anyone knows how to keep the PCs of the illiterate working, Brad does! His other role in Estates and Facililtes sees him doing everything from removing spiders to fixing the heating system. In his spare time Brad is building a life size, realistic and automated model of R2D2. Why? Now that's a question you'll have to ask him.

Jo Paddock
Jo is our Tender Support Coordinator in the Maintenance Lifecycle Team, providing valuable support to the Tender Coordinators. Jo is one of the well-travelled members of our team, having spent quite a time travelling in South East Asia. Now that Jo is settled in England, you will often find her training for one of the 10k races she takes part in.

Michael Porter
Michael is the head of our Leasing department, managing a team of 8 and ensuring our clients get the most from their lease deals and their existing lease portfolio. Michael is our very own Dr. Pop. What he doesn't know about rock and pop probably isn't worth knowing. On a mission to convert his three teenagers to the joys of Wishbone Ash, Led Zeppelin and King Crimson, we suspect he may be fighting a losing battle.

Julie Redgrave
As administrator in the Contracts team, Julie provides vital support to the 6 Contract Coordinators. When not at work Julie enjoys socialising and going to see the latest release at the cinema. Having just reached a milestone 21, she is looking to treat herself and buy a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes.

Carrie Rudge
Carrie wears two hats at Leaseguard. First, she uses her legal background to advise on Procurement Strategy and Compliance both internally and for our clients. Second, she is an enthusiastic member of our Marketing team and has almost completed her CIM Diploma in Marketing. When Carrie does have spare time she enjoys cycling and spending time with friends and family.

Lesley Saunders
One of the Tender Coordinators in the Maintenance Lifecycle team, Lesley is the life and soul of the party and always full of beans. Her energy allows her to combine being a mother of a young son with her love of riding and running. Lesley was recently able to claim her 15 minutes of fame, appearing on the television in an episode of 'To Buy or Not to Buy'.

Jade Spindler
Jade is a Contract Coordinator in our Maintenance Lifecycle team, responsible for ensuring that the Trusts' contracts are renewed on time and at the lowest price possible. Jade is busy planning her wedding, but when she's not doing that she likes nothing more than spending time with friends, family and her gorgeous puppy Olé.

Siddhi Suman
Siddhi is a member of our IT team and is responsible for testing our software from end to end to ensure that our critical systems are in perfect working order for our Trusts. Siddhi gained her expertise at IBM India and being a Virgo, she describes herself as born to troubleshoot, which makes her perfect for the role. At home, Siddhi likes to listen to soft music and loves trying out new recipes on her husband.

Lee Tran
Lead developer for the OPTIMiSe systems that drive our whole business, Lee is a valued member of the IT team. Since arriving at Leaseguard many years ago, Lee is now married with two young children. And, like many young men thrust into fatherhood, Lee has suddenly developed a passion for Golf. Of course we believe him when he insists it's just for the fresh air and not an exercise in escapism.

Diane Valentine
Diane is our Implementation Team Administrator, providing vital support to the Implementation section of the Maintenance team. Outside of work Diane loves her Mini "Glittery Felicity" and this year took part in the 25th anniversary London to Brighton Run. Diane is also very creative and in her spare time makes jewellery and cards for any occasion.

Nidhi Wadhwa
A recent recruit to our burgeoning IT team, Nidhi is responsible for testing new developments to ensure that our OPTIMiSe systems work perfectly. Calm, efficient and enthusiastic, Nidhi is highly effective which is just as well as all our systems are business critical and changing on an almost weekly basis. Always keen to learn new things, Nidhi is being taught to play golf by the experts in our IT team.

Alex Whelpdale
Having spent the last 10 years in Cheltenham working as a mortgage underwriter, Alex decided a career change was in order and we are pleased that he did because he has now joined our Leasing team. When Alex isn't working he enjoys most things sporty and can often be found socialising (unfortunately not as often as he'd like!)

Laura Whelpdale-Edwards
One of our longest serving employees, Laura manages tendering, structuring and administration for our lease management service. Keeping almost 50 retained Trusts happy with our service takes most of her time but Laura made the smart move and married a chef. So now she doesn't need to worry about shopping - or even being home in time to cook. How the other half live....
